Black sunbirds are seen in several places in the country, but the largest flocks are found in Tøndermarsken.
Sometimes they contain up to 1 million birds.
Black sun can be experienced not far from the hotel from the March 3 to April 3 and again from September 1st. There are guided tours on Wednesdays & Saturdays to our black sun with overnight stay.
We arrange guided BLACK SUN tours departing from Hostrup's hotel. First an exciting story. Then you either follow the guide by car or travel in a group by bus.
For example, combine a stay, one or more days, or book a weekend stay, as you can have a different experience every evening.
We also have offers for groups, for example in connection with bus tours, company trips, association excursions, etc.
